Subscription Update Obituary

     Lois Mae (Bender) Sherblom, 88, died Friday in the Lutheran Home in Worcester, after a period of declining health. Her husband George Sherblom died in 2002
     She leaves two sons; Stephen Sherblom of Auburn and George Sherblom, Jr. of Oakley, ID, 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, and a sister Carol Donohue of Auburn.
     She was born in Worcester. She was the daughter of the late Roland and Hazel (Orcutt) Bender. Lois was educated in Worcester schools. She is a graduate of the former Classical High School.
     Mrs. Sherblom worked as an underwriter for the former State Mutual Insurance Co. in Worcester for over 20 years before retiring.
     Lois loved to play bingo and make crafts.
     Following cremation burial will be held in Worcester County Memorial Park.
