Subscription Update Obituary

     Linda M. (Dumont) Dickman, 64, of 13 Englewood Ave., died Saturday, August 25, 2007, after being stricken ill at home.
    
She leaves three nieces and a nephew, Denise M. Delgado of Paxton, Donna J. Tidwell, James M. Dumont, Sr., and Monique M. Dumont, all of Port St. John, Fla.; seven great nieces and nephews, James and Brian Guenette, Tina and John Polis, Briannah, Megan and James Dumont; and her cousin, Robert Daniels and his wife Alice of Spencer. She was born and raised in Worcester, daughter of the late James R. Dumont, Sr. and Rita M. (Moran) Dumont. Her brother, retired Worcester Firefighter James R. Dumont, Jr., also predeceased her.
    
Linda was a medical secretary for many years at UMass Memorial Medical Center-University Campus and previously at St. Vincent Hospital. She was a graduate of Venerini Academy and was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Church. She enjoyed her pets, traveling, and visiting Foxwoods.
    
CALLING HOURS with Linda's ashes will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, September 4, in KELLY FUNERAL HOME, 154 Lincoln St. A FUNERAL MASS will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 5, in ST. ANDREW THE APOSTLE CHURCH, 5 Spaulding St., immediately followed by burial of ashes in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton, MA.
    
The family suggests donations in memory of Linda be made to the American Cancer Society, 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
