Leona M. (Leonard) McDonald, 75, formerly of 65 Goldthwaite Road, died Thurs., Dec. 6, in Life Care Center of Auburn. Her husband of 23 years, Howard L. McDonald died in 1980.

  She leaves two daughters, Wendy L. Pieper of N. Grosvenordale, CT and Shauna A. McDonald of Syracuse, NY; a son, Michael Cazeault of Columbus, OH; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A son, Howard D. McDonald predeceased her in July, 2007.

   She was born in Webster, daughter of Louis and Helen (Boneski) Leonard and has lived in Worcester since 1953. Leona worked at the Jamesbury Corporation for over 30 years retiring due to illness. She was an avid bowler.

   The funeral will be held on Tues., Dec., 11th from CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St., with a Mass at 11:00 AM in St. Bernard's Church, 228 Lincoln St. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Visiting hours are Mon., Dec. 10th from 6-8 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
