Laura E. (Gipps) Ross, 89, of New Hartford, CT, formerly of North Grafton, passed away May 15, 2009. Her husband, Albert C. Ross passed in 2003.
She is survived by her son, Dennis S. Ross and his wife Sheila of New Hartford, CT and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers and one sister.
Mrs. Ross was born February 24, 1920 in Framingham and raised there, the daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Gibbons) Gipps. She lived in North Grafton over 50 years moving to Connecticut 3 years ago.
A Prayer Service will be Wednesday, May 20th at 11 a.m. in The Roney Funeral Home North Chapel, 152 Worcester St., North Grafton. She will then be laid to rest with her husband in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. There will be a calling hour & visitation Wednesday, May 20th from 10 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home prior to the Prayer Service.
