Kenneth L. Johnson, age 77 of Horseheads, NY passed away on Tuesday November 18, 2008. He was born on April 27, 1931 in Bradford, PA the son of the late Mahlon and Angie Herman Johnson.

    Mr. Johnson was a Veteran of WWII serving his country with the U.S. Army. He was retired from the Firestone Company in Worcester, MA where he worked for many years.

    Kenneth was pre-deceased by his parents, his wife Rita Shackett Johnson, sons: Stanley, Steven and Chris Johnson; brothers and sisters: Clifford Johnson, Beatrice Adams, Cecil Johnson, Asa Johnson, Jerry Johnson, Sylvia Johnson. Mr. Johnson is survived by his sons and daughters: Allan Johnson, Kenneth Johnson, Devora Mezger, Linda Anelotte, Cathleen LeBlanc, Debra Pilosi, Marlene Johnson, Cindy Cunningham; several grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Ellen Weckel, Eva Whetstone, Gladys and Gardell Moon, Thelma and Donald Adams, Arthur Lewis Johnson, George and Juanita Johnson, Lena and Dennis Wohlschlag; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of caring friends.

    Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Lynch Funeral Home 318 West Broad Street Horseheads, NY on Friday November 21, 2008 from 6-8 PM. Mr. Johnson's Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday November 22, 2008 at 11 AM with the Rev. Robert MacNamara Officiating. Interment in Worcester County Memorial Park in Massachusetts.
