Subscription Update Obituary

     Kathleen M. (King) Sullivan, 59, of Worcester, died Friday, January 13th 2012 in Oakwood Nursing Center, Webster after a long illness. She leaves two sons, Robert M. Sullivan II and his wife Susan of Worcester and James J. Sullivan of Worcester; three brothers, Kevin P. King of Webster, Keith M. King of Worcester, and Timothy J. King of Leominster; two sisters, Suzan A. Moore of Springfield, VA and Nanci J. King of Shrewsbury; a grandson, Sean Collins Sullivan of Worcester; nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by a sister, Betty Ann King.
     She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Pauline T. (Roach) King and graduated from North High School and Quinsigamond Community College. Kathy was the Executive Director of the Quinsigamond Village Community Center for several years before retiring. Previously, she was a nurse’s aide at The Greenery in Worcester. She loved her sons and their friends and loved cooking and baking for them on Wabash Avenue.
     The funeral is Thursday, January 19th with a Mass at 10:00 A.M. in St. John’s Church, 40 Temple Street (Please go directly to Church). Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are Wednesday, January 18th from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue.
