WORCESTER – Justin A Payne, 62, of 2 Apricot St and St Petersburg FL, a retired fleet driver, died Friday, February 16th 2001, at his sister’s home after an illness.
He leaves his wife, Gail M (Halsdorff) Thibault-Payne; three sons, Justin and John Payne, both of Paxton, and Darryl Payne of Derry NH; a daughter, Denise Allen of Oxford; a brother, Roger Payne of St Petersburg FL; five sisters, Brabara Cameron of South Pasadena FL, Gladys Lundberg of St Petersburg FL, Eleanor Lundberg of Shrewsbury, Agnes Chianese of Auburn and Brenda Payne of Worcester; six grandchildren; several nephews and nieces.
He was born in Douglas MA, son of Edgar and Elizabeth (Kuzawa) Payne, and lived most of his life in Paxton and Worcester. Mr. Payne was a fleet driver 16 years with the Telegram & Gazette, retiring in 1991. He was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Church.
A Funeral Mass will be at 10 am Monday, February 19th in Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main St. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are 5 to 8 pm Sunday, February 18th in Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home, 12 Hammond St.

Gail and Justin were together since December 1983 and were married 6 days (February 10, 2001) before he died on February 16, 2010.
