Judith (Burgos) Dell'Olio, 38, of Worcester, passed away Sunday, May 2, 2010 in UMASS Memorial Healthcare Center, after a sudden illness.

    She is survived by her loving husband of seven years, Leo J. Dell'Olio; her son, Louis V. Dell'Olio; her mother, Felicia (Mertinez) Supernor of Worcester; two brothers, Jorge Nieves of Webster and Gregory Nieves of Worcester; two sisters, Felicia Herdanez of Worcester and Monica Rodriguez of Worcester, along with many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her father, Jose Burgos.

    Judith was born in Bridgeport, CT and graduated from Burncoat High School. She worked for over twenty years as an Optician for the Fallon Clinic. Judith was an avid reader, but most of all she was a devoted wife and mother. To her, family was everything and those special times were her joy. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends.

    Judith's funeral will be held Wednesday, May 5th from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, with a Mass at 10:00 a.m at Blessed Sacrament Church, 555 Pleasant St., Worcester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. Calling hours will be Tuesday, May 4th from 5:00 p.m until 8:00 pm in the funeral home.
