Joseph Ernest Martin The funeral Mass for will be held Tuesday, June 5 at 10 a.m. in St. Charles Borromeo Church, 341 June St., Worcester. Joseph died in Rio de Janeiro on May 25, 2007, his 30th birthday.

Raised in Worcester, he leaves his mother, Frances Martin and his aunts, Susan, Marilyn, Katherine and Elizabeth. He is also survived by his cousins, Wanda, Gina, and Elizabeth.

The family requests that flowers be omitted and suggests memorial contributions to the Joseph E. Martin English as a Second Language (ESL) Scholarship Fund in care of Worcester State College, 486 Chandler Street, Worcester 01602.
