Subscription Update Obituary

    John W. McShan, 59, of Worcester, died Saturday, September 26th in St. Vincent Hospital.

    He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Glenda F. (Hargrove) McShan; two sons, Torrence L. and Terrell J., both of Worcester; a sister, Anne, wife of Kenney Thompson; two brothers, Derrick and Isaac Bonds Jr.; his step-father, Isaac Bonds Sr., all of Vineland, NJ; his in-laws, Lum, Mozella, and Jacqui Hargrove, all of Worcester; and a host of other family members and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, John McShan and Vera (Colvin) Bonds, and a sister, Barbara Martin.

    He was born in Green County, AL, and lived in Vineland, NJ before moving here. He was a carpenter at Lincoln Village for many years.

    The funeral is Friday, October 2nd, with a service at 11:00 A.M. in O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A calling hour is from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. Friday in the funeral home.
