Subscription Update Obituary

   John Anthony "Jay" Faugno, 67 of 19 East Main Street, West Brookfield, MA died on Sunday, Julyl 16, 2006 of lung cancer. He leaves behind his soulmate and loving partner of 27 years, Louise "Sam" Bouvier, and their family members Yvette Bouvier, Paul and Sue Bouvier, and Mark and Michele Bouvier, all of Spencer, MA, and Jeannine and James Bowen, III of Beverly, MA, three nephews: Jason Bowen, Justin Bowen, and Kyle Bouvier; three nieces; Chloe Girouard, Laura Bouvier and Madison Bowen, several cousins and of course, his canine companion, Abby.

   Jay was the owner and operator of Jay’s Barber Shop in West Brookfield, MA for 46 years, served in the United States Marine Corps., and was a member of the Marine Corps League and Knights of Columbus. Jay enjoyed collecting antiques, playing darts and pool and was past president of the Tour of the Brookfield’s Pool League. Jay was born in Ware, MA, the son of John Faugno and Pauline (Martin) Faugno Girouard.
