Subscription Update Obituary

     Jean P. (Bergman) Larson, 62, passed away Tuesday, September 3rd 2013. Jean leaves behind her loving husband of 36 years, Paul O. Larson; her beloved daughter, Amanda J. Whitney and her husband Adam of Worcester; six grandchildren who she adored, Adam, Jayden, Kaleb, Evan, Carter and Arianna; four sisters, Joan Nelson and her husband Carl of Stewart, FL, Judith Olson of Wake Forest, NC, Janet Axelson and her husband Bruce of Worcester and June Stimson and her husband Paul of Auburn and many nieces and nephews.
Jean was born in Worcester the daughter of Arne and Helen (Berglund) Bergman. She graduated from Burncoat High School and Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in 1972. Jean was a registered nurse and worked for Memorial Hospital, Fallon Clinic and also as an interim healthcare nurse before retiring.
Jean was an active member of both Bethlehem Covenant Church and Salem Covenant Church where she was on the membership care team and attended Sunday school. Jean was an avid reader but most of all loved to spend time with her family especially her grandchildren.
A memorial service for Jean will be held on Saturday, September 7th at 11:00 am at Bethlehem Covenant Church, 46 Greenwood St. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bethlehem Covenant Church, Memorial Fund, 46 Greenwood St., Worcester, MA 01607. Arrangements are under the care of LINDQUIST LUNDIN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Butler St.
