Subscription Update Obituary

   Jane L. (Wrobel) Martin, 89, of Worcester, died Sunday April 27 in her home. Her husband of 34 years, Adam Martin died in 1985.

   She leaves her daughter, Eileen M. Kaminski and her husband Dennis J. of Worcester, with whom she lived, a brother, Vincent Wrobel of Worcester; a sister, Josephine Adcock of Charlton; four grandchildren, Jessica and Joseph Kaminski both of Worcester; Jennifer Martin of Framingham and Luke Martin of Whitinsville; two great-grandchildren, William and Cara of Framingham and Joanne Senna, whom she helped to raise. She was predeceased by a son, Vincent J. Martin, a daughter, Diane Martin, a brother, Frank Wrobel and a sister, Blanche Maciejowska. She was born in Worcester, a daughter of Vincent and Camilla (Maliszewski) Wrobel and lived here all her life.

   Mrs. Martin worked as an assembler for Culver & Stearns Manufacturing Co. prior to retiring. She was a member of the Polish American Veterans of WW II Auxiliary. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff of Summit Elder Care for their support and kindness to Jane.

   The funeral will be held on Wednesday April 30, from DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St. with a Mass at 10:00 am in St. Catherine of Sweden Church, 1 Wiser Ave. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours in the funeral home are Tuesday April 29 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
