Subscription Update Obituary

    Jane Elsie (Rindfleisch) Lind, 75, peacefully passed away at home on Jan. 27, 2011, surrounded by her family. She had battled Multiple Myeloma Cancer for nearly six years.

    She was the daughter of Eleanor (Stratton) Rindfleisch and Alexander Rindfleisch. Jane was a 1953 graduate of West Boylston High School and received her LPN Nursing Degree from the David-Hale Fanning School in 1979. She spent many years working at several area nursing homes, retiring in 2005. She enjoyed vacationing with family, hanging out by the pool, going out to dinner, creating blankets, baking, painting, restoring antiques, and puzzles of all kinds.

    She is survived by her family, sons Jeffrey H. Lind of Pocahontas, Arkansas; Eric W. & wife Tammy A. Lind of Worcester; daughter, Gayle E. & husband Kerry L. Delman of Holden; 3 sisters, 2 brothers, 9 grandchildren, and former husband, Charles Morse of Rutland. She was pre-deceased by her first husband, William R. Lind, who died in 2000, and a son, James A. Lind, who also died in 2000, as well as 1 grandchild and 2 brothers.

    Calling hours are at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St, on Monday, Jan. 31, from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Feb. 1, from Nordgren Memorial Chapel with a 10:00 a.m. Mass at St. George's Parish, 40 Brattle St., Worcester. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. She will be forever missed by her family and many friends.
