Subscription Update Obituary

James F. Quill, 73, of Worcester, died Friday, November 25th, 2011 in Millbury Health Care Center.

He leaves a daughter, Cheryl Santiago and her husband, Johnny of Spencer; a brother, William Quill of Worcester; a sister, Patricia Henry of Shrewsbury; three grandchildren, Shannon Plaszewski and her husband, Dennis, Anthony and Christopher Santiago; two great grandchildren, Dominic and Anthony Plaszewski all of Spencer; three nephews and a niece. He was predeceased by a brother, Raymond Quill, Jr.

Mr. Quill was born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island the son of Raymond Quill, Sr. and Evelyn (Brown) Quill. He worked at Millbrook Distribution before retiring. James was a member of Sacred Heart – St. Catherine of Sweden Parish and lived in Emmanuel Village before moving to Millbury Health Care Center.

The funeral is Tuesday, November 29th with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 7 Church Street, Spencer. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A calling hour will be held on Tuesday from 8:15 until 9:15 AM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue.
