Dear Jack, Please forgive for not keeping in touch with you when you were scheduled for surgery.  When I found out you had left us the following spring I was devestated. It has taught me a lesson that I needed to learn.  Life is so short and unpredictable and I cant let time get away from me when it comes to the special people in my life.    I am so glad to have had the chance to get to know you.  Thank you for being there for me and with me taking care of Priscilla's estate.  I can see why she loved you so.  Priscilla is pleased I'm sure to know we finally met.   I hope that you are together reminiscing about old times.  When I come to visit mom, I stop and visit you.  You are one of my many regrets...I am sorry.  I miss you and I still have your shirt.  I will keep it as long as I can just to have a piece of you to hold on to.
