Jacqueline Anne (Bonneau) Lampron, 89, of Redgate Lane, passed away on Sunday, May 16, 2010 in UMass Memorial Hospital-University Campus, Worcester, after an illness.

Her husband of 54 years, Emil A. Lampron, died in 2001. She leaves two daughters, Nancy Jacobs of Worcester and Janine Christenson of Holden; four grandchildren, Lisabritt Solsky of Concord, New Hampshire, Marc Mathews of Princeton, Jacqueline Casello of Leicester and Jessica Berryman of Rutland; and nine great-grandchildren.

Jacqueline was born on April 18, 1921 in Bordeaux, France, the daughter of George Ulysse and Anne (Melle) Bonneau, and lived in France and Germany before moving to Holden 42 years ago. She was a cook at Assumption College for 8 years, retiring in the 1980's. Previously she worked in the kitchen at Holden Hills. She was a member of The Chapel of the Holy Spirit at Assumption College. She loved cooking, gardening, sewing, knitting and French culture and champagne. We will remember for her infectious laugh, bright eyes and her love of her family.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 21st, in The Chapel of the Holy Spirit, Assumption College, 500 Salisbury Street, Worcester. Burial will be private in France. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Town of Holden Fire Department Ambulance Fund, 1384 Main Street, Holden, MA 01520.
