   Hilda (Dyson) Ackerman, 94, of 1030 Main St., died Friday, Jan. 31, 2003 in Clark Manor Nursing Home after a long illness.Her husband, George H. Ackerman, died in 1966. She left six sons, George H. Ackerman of Dover, N.H., Thomas D. "Buster" Ackerman of San Diego, Donald "Jack," Richard and Allen L. Ackerman, all of Worcester, and Robert P. Ackerman of Spencer; six daughters, Margaret E. Brunnett of Leicester, Dorothy A. Mandella, Marion Cote and Andrea Ackerman, all of Worcester, Hilda M. Brunnett of the Rochdale section of Leicester and Joan Ayotte of North Oxford; 33 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great- grandchildren; nephews and nieces. A brother, Thomas Dyson, and two sisters, Margaret Kiendenst and Ann Eagan, predeceased her.    She was born in Yorkshire, England, daughter of Thomas and Annie M. (Hughes) Dyson, and moved to Worcester as a child.Mrs. Ackerman was a homemaker. She was a member of the 1050 Club at Webster Square Towers, Aldersgate United Methodist Church, its Triple M Club and the United Methodist Women's Circle. She enjoyed playing cards, bingo and traveling.   The graveside service was private in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.Memorial donations may be made to Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 1048 Main St., Worcester, MA, 01603; or to Charlton Baptist Church, 50 Hammond Hill Road, Charlton, MA 01507.
