Subscription Update Obituary

   Henry S. "Butch" Mikoloski, Jr., 63, of 244 South St., died Wednesday, December 19, 2007, in Marlboro Hospital, after being stricken ill. He leaves his wife of 28 years, Christine D. Flynn; his beloved cousin, Stan Mikoloski, of Rutland; many nieces and nephews.

   Butch was born and raised in Worcester, son of Henry S. and Irene E. (Temozcko) Mikoloski, and lived in Berlin for the past 31 years. He attended John's Hopkins University, and Worcester State College.

   Along with his father, Butch owned and operated numerous gas stations in Leominster and Worcester. He later worked as a Medical Document Specialist for Cytyc Corp. of Marlboro. Upon semi-retirement, he worked as a tire salesman at Sears in Marlboro, until the time of his death. He was a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of St. Joseph the Good Provider Church, the World Wildlife Fund, and Greenpeace. He enjoyed reading, and in his younger days, especially enjoyed hiking and kayaking.

   Butch's funeral will be held on Monday, December 24, 2007 from the McNally & Watson Funeral Home, 304 Church St., Clinton, with a Mass at 10:00 a.m. in St. Joseph the Good Provider Church, 52 West St., Route 62, Berlin. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.

   Calling hours at the funeral home will be held on Sunday, December 23, 2007, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to: Greenpeace, 702 H Street, NW, Suite 300, Washington, D.C. 20001, or, World Wildlife Fund, US Headquarters, 1250 Twenty-Fourth St., NW, P.O.
