Harris R Brigley, 76 of 78 Progressive St died Thursday Jan.9 in St Vincent Hospital at Worcester Mediacal Center after a short illness. He leaves his wife of 55 years, Virginia M. (Dunker) Brigley; two sons, Ronald A. and James E., both of Worcester; two daughters, Judith A. King of Kissimmee Fla., and Linda Qade of Fitchburg; two brothers, Wesley Brigley of Worcester and John Brigley of Dalton; a sister, Irene Miller of Batesville Ind; 10 grandchildren; a great-grandson; many nieces and nephews. A brothers, James Kelly, and two sisters, Mary Colorio and Helen Petralia, predeceased him. He was born the son of Wellesley and Lucy (Johnson) Brigley and lived here most of his life. Mr. Brigley and his wife co-owned Pinetree dairy Bar for more than 24 years, retiring in 1990. Previously, he worked 15 years as a foreman for Rand & Whitney Corp.
