Subscription Update Obituary

 OXFORD – Gladys P. (Bennett) Stebbins, 57, of North Main Street, North Oxford, an avid bingo player died at home after a long illness. She leaves her husband of 33 years, Frank A. Stebbins; four sons, Robert W. and Michael P. Stebbins both of North Oxford, with whom she lived, Douglas W. Stebbins of Worcester and Leo R. Monahan of Leicester; two daughters, Michele P. Monahan-Johnson of Dudley and Deborah L. Beaucage of Oxford; a brother, Richard Bennett of Auburn; two sisters, Carol LeForte of Pomfret CT and Violette Gagnon of Florida; 12 grandchildren; nephews and nieces.  A son, Thomas F. Monahan of South Carolina died in 1987.  Another son, Donald F. Stebbins of Worcester died in 1994. She was born in Manchaug, daughter of Walter and Marion (Gilber) Bennett, and lived several years in Worcester. 

   She lived most of her life in North Oxford. Mrs. Stebbins was an avid bingo player and played the game throughout Worcester Couny. Graveside services will be held in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. The Family requests that flowers be omitted. Paradis Funeral Home is directing arrangements.
