George N. “Nick” Nichols, Sr. 73, of H. Putnam Rd., died at home on Wednesday, November 19th.
He leaves his wife of 45 years Margaret J. Nichols; 1 son George N. Nichols Jr.; 5 daughters Penny Tenney, Wanda Lambert, Margaret Uless, Georgeanna Leclaire and Christine Aubin; 1 special granddaughter Shannon Aubin and 12 other grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and his beloved pet princess. He also leaves behind a very special couple Richard and Marilyn Geldart of Grafton.
He lived in Worcester all of his life until he moved in with his daughter and son in law Christine and Don Aubin. Mr. Nichols was a sheet metal grinder for various companies in the Worcester area.
George’s favorite pastime was fishing and playing cards.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at the family’s discretion. Memorial contributions may be mailed to Southbridge Savings Bank Main St. Charlton, MA 01507. Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. Worcester is directing arrangements.
