Subscription Update Obituary

     Gary S. Beach, 59, died unexpectedly at home on Sunday, June 22, 2014. He was born in Worcester, son of Bruce F. Beach, Sr. and the late Betty P. (Peterson) Beach.

He was raised in Tatnuck Square and graduated from Doherty Memorial High School and WPI all in Worcester. Gary worked as a purchasing agent for several manufacturing companies in the Worcester area. He was an avid reader, enjoyed working with and playing games on the computer. Gary took great pleasure in the outdoors and especially the shores of Webster Lake where he lived. He terribly missed his wonderful friend and companion, his cat, Cody.

Gary leaves his beloved father, Bruce F. Beach, Sr. and his wife, Polly of Lancaster, PA; his dear brother, Bruce F. Beach Jr. and his wife, Stasia of Lindenhurst, IL; his two nieces, Danielle Tisdell and her husband, Jeffrey and their daughter, Stella of Broadbrook, CT and Nicole Wesolowski and her husband, Joseph and their children, Natalie and Ryan of Aurora, IL.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Gary’s family on Monday, June 30 from 9-11 a.m. in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden. A memorial service celebrating his life will then be held at 11 a.m. in the funeral home, followed by burial in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the Melanoma Foundation of New England, 111 Old Road to Nine Acre Center, Suite 1005, Concord, MA 01742.
