My name is Michael (Foy) Bellis. Back in the late 1950's through the 1960's,my family lived right next door to the Lamberts at 7 Cowden Street. My mother,Debbie, and Freddie's mother,Margie, were very close friends, and as a young child, not having the nicest father around, looked up to and admired Freddie's father,Don. Both he and Margie were two of the nicest human beings I have ever met in my entire life. And the same holds true for Donna,Nancy, and Freddie. While Freddie was a few years older than me,I will always remember how truly good natured and kind he was to me and the friends, such as Michael Howard, who were with me whenever Freddie was around. He was a true gem, much in the same image as hid dad! Period! years after we left Worcester (my mom and dad got divorced),margie and Nancy came down to Cape Cod to visit my mom,who was living in South Yarmouth. Nancy had also brought her baby with her. It was if my mom and Margie hadn't missed a beat in knowing each other. I am truly saddened to hear of Freddie's passing. Again,he was a truly wonderful young man when I knew him,and I pray the very best for his family and realtives.God bless you ,Freddie,Margie, and Donand thank you all for having hearts of gold towards a young child who needed to see the mercy, love and good of and from others!! Rest in peace........
