Florence A. (Brady) Tashjian, 69, passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2007, in Autumn Village. Her husband of 45 years, George, passed away in October. Her son, Anthony passed away in 1979. She leaves her daughter and son-in-law, Michelle A. and Dana Howe of N. Brookfield; two brothers, Harold Brady of Charlton and Edward Brady of Paris, ME; two sisters, Rita Brady of Houston, TX and Laura Bouchard of Amherst, NH; three grandchildren, Joshua Anthony, Kathryn, and Samantha, all of N. Brookfield; and a great – grandson, Anthony George, who was born Nov. 24.  A sister, Marie Dimauro and a brother, William Brady predeceased her.

Florence was born in Worcester, daughter of Perley F. and Bernadette (Belanger) Brady.  She graduated from the U.S. Marine Corps. in South Carolina. Florence was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed knitting, Bingo, puzzles, and crosswords.  She was a supporter of MADD.

The Funeral Service will be held at NORDGREN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 300 Lincoln St., Monday, Feb. 12, at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours will be held Sunday at the funeral home from 3-6 p.m.
