Subscription Update Obituary

   Ellen B. (Sheehan) Dussault, 77, of Worcester died Tuesday, March 25, 2008, following a lengthy illness.

   She is survived by two sons, Nicholas Dussault of Boston and Michael Dussault of Oklahoma City, OK; two grandchildren Kimberly, wife of Chris Caldwell of Worcester and Brian Dussault of Oklahoma City, OK and three great-grandchildren.

   Born in Worcester, Ellie was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Mary (Tobin) Sheehan. Her husband of 42 years, Paul Dussault, died in 1996. She was also predeceased by her brother James Sheehan.

   A graduate of the former Commerce High School, Ellie worked for 27 years at State Mutual Life Assurance Company in Worcester and upon retirement worked part-time at the Big Y Supermarket for an additional ten years.

   An avid reader and sports enthusiast, Ellie was a member of a women's bowling league for many years and a former longtime member of the Auburn Emblem Club.

   Her funeral will be celebrated Saturday, March 29th from the Mercadante Funeral Home and Chapel, 370 Plantation St., with a Mass of Christian burial at 10:00am in Our Lady Of Lourdes Church, 1290 Grafton St. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 5pm to 8pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Flowers may be sent or memorial contributions can be made to UMass Memorial Hospice, 650 Lincoln Street, Worcester, MA 01605.
