Subscription Update Obituary

Elizabeth A. “Beth” Behrens, 48, of Ballard St., died Sunday, May 14, 2006, in her home after an illness. She is survived by her parents, William J. and Rita (Glidden) Behrens Sr. of Oxford, with whom she lived; five siblings: Theresa St. Germain and her husband Charles of Charlton, Joseph Hedge of Tennessee, William J. Behrens Jr. and his wife Cheri of Webster, Louise Lindberg and her husband Lee of East Brookfield, and Peter E. Behrens and his wife Donna of Oxford; two close friends: Maureen Ricketts and Sue Lund; many nephews and nieces; great nephews and nieces; and cousins. She was born in Worcester, and lived there for 8 years before moving to Oxford in 1966. Miss Behrens was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary in Oxford.
