Subscription Update Obituary

   Eleanor A. (Butkevich) Cyronak, 65, of Worcester, died Tuesday, Aug. 5, with her family by her side, in Jewish Healthcare Center. She leaves her husband of forty-two years, Robert Cyronak; a son, Mark Cyronak and his wife Kerry of Sutton; a daughter, Cheryl Cupina and her husband, Thomas of Auburn; two grandchildren, Ryan and Madeline Cyronak of Sutton and a brother, Robert Butkevich. She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Peter G. and Anna (Romanauskas) Butkevich.

   Mrs. Cyronak worked for UMass Memorial Healthcare as an insurance verification clerk. She graduated from Commerce High School. Eleanor was a member of Our Lady of Angels Church. Her interests and hobbies centered on her family. She enjoyed “Polka” dancing and traveling to Polka weekends as well as cruising to the islands.

   The funeral will be held on Friday, August 8 from DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., with a Mass at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Angels Church, 1222 Main St. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours in the funeral home will be Thursday, August 7 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, National Processing Center, Attn: Honor & Memorial Gifts, PO Box 1245, Albert Lea, MN, 56007-9976.
