Subscription Update Obituary

    Eileen R. (White) Blanchard, 88, of Worcester, formerly of Auburn died Tuesday, August 17, 2010 in St. Mary's Healthcare Center.

    Her husband Paul K. Blanchard died in 1981. She leaves her twin sister, Mary C. Hewitt of Worcester and several nieces and nephews, two brothers and their wives, James and his wife Margaret White and John and his wife Virginia White predeceased her. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Patrick and Nellie (McCarthy) White.

    Eileen was a sales clerk for many years at the former Charles Kay Clothing Store, Kressges, Quality Fish and Friendly's, before retiring. She was a long time member of North American Martyrs Church.

    A Visiting Period will be held Friday, August 20 from 10:15 to 10:45 AM in North American Martyrs Church, 8 Wyoma Dr., Auburn followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 AM. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Please omit flowers and make memorial donations to St. Mary's Healthcare Center, 39 Queen St., Worcester, 01610.
