Subscription Update Obituary

   Edwin O. Anderson, 86, of 27 Warren Road, a retired carpenter, died at Clark Manor Nursing Home in Worcester.He left his wife of 54 years, Helen E. "Kay" (Kanerba) Anderson; two nieces, Kim D. Hopewell of West Boylston and Jolynne Kanerba of Worcester; a nephew; six great-nieces and great-nephews; and six great, great-nieces and great, great-nephews. Born in Worcester, son of Gustaf O. and Helga (Hellgreen) Anderson, he lived 20 years in Worcester before moving to Auburn in 1962.  A World War II Army veteran, he served in Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Anderson was a carpenter 35 years at Memorial Hospital in Worcester, retiring in 1974. He was a member of Tuttle Post American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6907 in West Boylston.   

   The funeral service was held at Nordren Carrigan Mangsen Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St. Burial was in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
