Subscription Update Obituary

Dyann L. (Fasshauer) Kirouac, 38, died Tuesday, October 31, 2006. Her husband of 13 years, Rodney A. Kirouac, died in December. She is survived by her son, Ryan M. Kirouac of Worcester; her parents, Paul and Betty (Ogilvie) Fasshauer of Orange City, FL; five brothers and four sisters-in-law, Michael and Lisa Ogilvie of Westfield, Michael and Michelle Fasshauer of N. Grovsnerdale, CT, James Fasshauer of Webster, Kirk and Michelle Fasshauer of Auburndale, FL, and Eric and Missy Fasshauer of Holden; her grandparents, Charles and Lafay Ogilvie of Fitchburg; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many nieces and nephews. She was born in Fitchburg on July 20, 1968. She was a graduate of Worcester State College and worked at Tri Star Sportswear. Dyann was a caring and loving mother and was involved with Ryan's sports activities and was an avid softball player. She loved her friends who were like family and was the center of attention and the glue that held them together.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 4, from Nordgren Memorial Chapel with a 10:00 a.m. Mass at St. George Catholic Church, 38 Brattle St. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours will be held Friday from 4-8 p.m. at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ryan M. Kirouac Educational Fund, c/o Sovereign Bank, 446 Main St., Worcester, MA 01608.
