Subscription Update Obituary

Dorothy R. (Ramsdell) Creelman, 96, a resident of The Woods at Eddy Pond, died Tuesday, August 8th in her home. Her husband, Orland A. Creelman died in 1973.

She leaves her two sons; O. Warren Creelman of Auburn and David B. Creelman of Worcester; 17 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her three sons, Robert, Richard and Howard Creelman.

She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Leon W. and Lillian C. (Oliver) Ramsdell and has lived in Auburn for many years.

Mrs. Creelman worked for several years for the Reed & Prince Company in Worcester prior to her retirement.

Family and friends will gather for visitation at the Britton-Wallace Funeral Home, 91 Central St., Auburn on Friday, August 11th from 9:30 -10:30 AM. A funeral service will follow at 10:30 AM in the funeral home. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Auburn District Nursing Association, 191 Pakachoag St., Auburn, MA 01501.
