Subscription Update Obituary

     Dora Sofia Meza, 95, died Sunday, September 22, peacefully surrounded by her loving family, in the Christopher House in Worcester after a long illness.
     Dorita was born in Huancayo, Peru, the daughter of Mr and Mrs Teodoro Meza, and moved to Worcester in 1987. She was predeceased by her husband, Crescencio Delacruz, and two children, Cesar and Dora.
     She is survived by brother, Antonio Meza of Lima, Peru, her eight children: Oscar Delacruz of Lima, Peru and his wife Hilda, Ramon Delacruz of Lima Peru, Maria Laba of Princeton MA and her husband Charlie, Ninozka Delacruz of Worcester, Miriam Foley of Shrewsbury and her husband Steven, Diana Matheson of Worcester, Ibar Delacruz of Shrewsbury, and Karelt Delacruz of Springfield, MA.
     She is also survived by her grandchildren: Delcy, Milenka and, Yelitza Delacruz, Ninozka and Christian Garcia, Cesar and Robye Vega, Sharaya and Malcolm Matheson, and Steven, John and Clifford Foley, Issa Noel, Abil Dheed and by nine great-grandchildren.
     Visiting hours are Wednesday, September 25 from 5:00-8:30 pm at FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 1 West Boylston Street, West Boylston. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 26 from the funeral home with a Mass at 10:00 am at St. Mary of the Hills Church, 630 Cross Street, Boylston. Burial will follow at Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton.
