Subscription Update Obituary

Donna Antaya (DiCandia), 74, passed away peacefully on August 11th, 2025.

Donna leaves behind her three children and their partners; Sherry Rheault and her husband Randy of Millbury, Joseph E. Antaya, III and his wife Lori-Beth Antaya of Upton and David M. Antaya and wife Jennifer Kilgore of Amherst, New Hampshire.

She also leaves behind her seven grandchildren; Ethan, Emma, Brianna, Lora, J.D., Gabriel and Gavin; two brothers and their partners, Victor Dicandia and his wife Pat, Neil Dicandia and his wife Jennifer, and several nieces and nephews. She is pre-deceased by her husband Joseph Antaya Jr., sister Mary Kosakowski and her parents Dorothy and Aniello DiCandia.

Donna grew up in Milbury but settled in Oxford with her late husband where they raised their three children. Donna found great joy in family life and cherished her time with loved ones. Donna and her husband Joseph shared a special love of Maine and would take many trips there, creating memories that will live on in the hearts of their family.

Donna’s warmth, kindness and devotion to her family will be deeply missed by all who knew her and her legacy will live on through her children and grandchildren.

Family and friends will celebrate and remember Donna’s life by gathering for her graveside service on Thursday, Sept. 4th at 11 a.m. in Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Ave, Paxton.
