Dennis J. Sabonaitis, 67, died Sunday, Oct. 25th in St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester.
His loving wife, Diane V. (Waitkevich) Sabonaitis died in 1989. He leaves two sons, Donald A. Greenwood and his wife Carrie Ann of Sutton and Gregg C. Greenwood of NYC; two daughters, Michelle Gauthier and her fiancée John Bond of Charlton and Denise A. Sabonaitis of Millbury; two sisters, Janice LaPointe and her husband Bernard of North Grafton and Gayle Sabonaitis of Worcester; three grandchildren, Dennis, Jack and Adam Greenwood; nephews and nieces.
Dennis owned and operated the former O.T.B. News in Millbury for 25 years, retiring this year. He previously was the manager of the Ivy Café in Worcester. He was a life-long member of the Singletary Rod & Gun Club.
His funeral will be held Thursday, Oct. 29th from the Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury, with a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, 59 Main St. in Millbury. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28th in the funeral home.
