David H. Bonardi of 1 Englewood Ave., formerly of Leicester died on April 29, 2007. He leaves behind his loving companion of many years, Dorothy LaVoie and family. Husband of the late Nancy R. (Denesha); they were happily married for 32 years. Loving father of four children; Deborah and her husband Paul Davis of Leicester, David Bonardi of Southbridge, Daniel and his wife, Maureen Bonardi of Spencer, Christine and her husband Chris Burns of Boston. Devoted grandfather of 11 grandchildren; Diane Massouh, Jennifer O'Day, Amy Frazier, Nichol Peco, Daniel Bonardi, Michael Samuelson, Ryan Bonardi, Courtney Bonardi, Brianna Nobles, Lydia and Griffin Burns. Dear great-grandfather of Justine and Johnny O'Day and Zachary Massouh. Dedicated Uncle to numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Brother of Edward J. Bonardi of Las Vegas and two brothers who predeceased him Robert Bonardi and James Bonardi.

Former member of the U.S. Navy serving during the Korean War, graduated from Commerce High School, Worcester, MA. Member of the Carpenter's Union Local 107. Dedicated to the children of Leicester through his work in Pop Warner and recreational sports. David was a former member of the Lions Club of Leicester. He thoroughly enjoyed snowmobiling and was a member of the Snow Rovers Snowmobile Club for many years. He was a very easygoing man who enjoyed life to the fullest. He loved a good laugh, playing Keno and spending time with family and friends.

The family would like to send a special Thank You to Dr. Kasturi and all the employees of Worcester Hematology and Oncology also, the VNA and Hospice who helped our father through this very difficult time, we will be forever in your debt. The funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 3rd at 10 a.m. in the MORRISON-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St., Leicester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton with Military Honors. Calling hours are Wednesday, May 2nd from 5 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Patient Access Network Foundation, P.O. Box 60336, Charlotte, NC 28260-0336.
