Cornelia M. (O'Donoghue) Dillon, 66, of Worcester, died Thursday, Oct. 4th, in St. Vincent Hospital.

     She leaves her fiancé, Robert Clarke of Worcester; a daughter, Donna M. wife of James R. Bruso of Auburn; three grandchildren, Dillon T., Thomas and Patrick Bruso; her mother, Mary B. O'Donoghue of Worcester; one sister, Shelia wife of Stephen Whittemore of California; one brother, Neil F. O'Donoghue and his wife Theresa of North Oxford; five nieces and one nephew; close cousins in Ireland and England. Cornelia was born in Worcester and is predeceased by her father, Cornelius F. O'Donoghue; a son, Thomas L. Dillon and a brother, Stephen O'Donoghue.

     Cornelia was an English teacher for the Second Language Adult Education Program in Worcester. She graduated from North High School in 1959, then from Worcester State College in 1963, with a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and she received her Masters Degree in 1988. Cornelia was a member of the American Association of University Women of Worcester, the Honor Society in History of Worcester State College, the Talking Book Advisory Council of Worcester Public Library, a former co-coordinator and member of the Central Mass Lupus Group, and she was a former president of Phi Alpha Theta Upsilon Chapter of International and she was a Literacy Volunteer.

     Her funeral will be held Tuesday, Oct. 9th from the Kelly Funeral Home, 154 Lincoln St., Worcester, with a Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Bernard's Church, 228 Lincoln St., Worcester. Entombment will be at the convenience of the family, at a later date. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8th in the funeral home.
