Constance S. O’Toole, 86, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. She is survived by her daughters: Allison L. LeClair and her husband George of Harwich and Carolyn A. Daniels and her husband Michael of Charlton; her son, Jonathan E. O’Toole and his wife Lillian Carrasquillo of Medford; her sister, Jeannette Dailida and her husband John of Spencer; her grandchildren: Caitlin LeClair, Taylor LeClair, Meaghan Daniels, Mikhaela Daniels, Xiomara O’Toole and Gabriella O’Toole along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her sisters: Muriel Perra, Claire Lajoie, Theresa Anderson and Irene Perra; her brothers: Robert, Eugene, Roger, Michael, Roland and Raymond Lussier.
Constance was born and raised in Worcester the daughter of the late Eugene and Blanche (Fagnant) Lussier. She graduated from Holy Name High School and settled in Spencer where she raised her family. She worked for many years as an administrative assistant with Worcester Polytechnic Institute until her retirement. Constance was an active member of the Spencer Senior Center and Mary Queen of the Rosary Parish. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Constance’s family would like to thank the wonderful staff at the Jewish HealthCare Center for the extraordinary care provided over the past few months.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, November 21, at 10:00am in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 7 Church Street, Spencer, with burial to follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A Calling hour will be from 8:30 to 9:45 am in the J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terrace, Spencer prior to the Mass. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to the Jewish Healthcare Center, 629 Salisbury St., Worcester, MA 01609.
