Conrad A. Bernard, 88, of 18 Lincoln St., died Monday, June 23 at The Meadows of Leicester.
He was the husband of Therese M. (Small) Bernard who died in 1990. He leaves four sons Leonard L. Bernard and his wife Mary of Southbridge, William C. Bernard and Michael J. Bernard and his wife Barbara all of Spencer, and Conrad D. Bernard of Jefferson, a daughter Kathleen M. Beford and her husband Peter of Spencer, 14 grand children and 15 great grand children, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by two brothers Leonard and Norman Bernard.
Connie was a truck driver for the Spencer Highway Dept. for more than 20 years, retiring in 1983.
Born in Spencer, he was the son of Ovilla and Cora (Simoneau) Bernard.
Private funeral services will be held in the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer, followed by burial in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
