Subscription Update Obituary

    Charles "Chuck" H. Singer, 86, died suddenly Monday, January 11th in his home, after being stricken ill.

    His wife, Ruby F. Singer died in 1998. Charles leaves a son, James A. Singer and his wife Marie of Millbury; a sister, Denise Moncecchi; five grandchildren, Stephanie Mansoor, Amanda Singer, Scott Singer, Julie Olson and Jennifer Landry and eight great grandchildren. He was born in Adams and is predeceased by his parents Albert and Denise (Pellicot) Singer and a son, Howard C. Singer.

    He worked for many years as the manager of Demers Good Year on West Boylston Street in Worcester. He was a retired Major in the US Air Force serving in WW II.

    His funeral will be held on Saturday, Jan. 16th from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury with a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, 59 Main St., in Millbury. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 15th in the funeral home.
