Subscription Update Obituary

     Carole M. (Childs) Parker, 79, of Worcester, Massachusetts, passed away Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Christopher House in Worcester, MA after a short stay, surrounded by her family.

She is predeceased by her husband, Wesley E. Parker, who passed away June, 1986.  She leaves behind her sister Lois Childs, her surviving children Ronald St Laurent and wife Anita, Glen Murno, Sharon Champoux, and Penny Loan and her husband Tim. She also leaves 11 grandchildren, Heather, Faythe, Shawn, Wendy, Tabitha, Jeffrey, Glen Jr., Steven, Seth, Shane, and Graysen; and 13 great grandchildren, Erick, Xavier, Alexus, Tiana, Mealon, John Joseph, Angelina, Anthony, Tyler, Katreena, Allieann, Audrey and Jacob.  Carole was born at home in Worcester, MA, daughter of Glen C.and Clara M. (Johnson) Childs.

Carol attended South High School in Worcester, MA.  She was retired from David Clark Company. Carole also worked at Woodland Street School as a lunch lady and at New England Envelope.  She enjoyed crafting, knitting, crocheting, drawing and reading.  She also enjoyed watching her soap opera, Days of Our Lives. She loved doing ancestry and learning about the family tree.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, April 29, 2019 at Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton, section Garden of Valor I.
