Subscription Update Obituary

     Barbara H. (McCabe) Leslie, 75, of Reservoir St., passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at UMass Memorial Healthcare, Worcester, after an illness. She was born and raised in the Bronx, NY, the daughter of Joseph David and Mildred (Duchemin) McCabe. Leslie had lived in Worcester for 20 year and Rutland for 25 years before moving to Holden.

     The funeral service for Barbara will be private at the request of the family. Burial will take place at Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Barbara’s name to the American Cancer Society , 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701 or to the American Heart Assoc. , P.O. Box 3049, Syracuse, NY 13220-3049. Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden is assisting the family with arrangements.
