Subscription Update Obituary

Armand A. Arsenault, 79, of Worcester and formerly of Wales, MA died on Wednesday, July 20th, 2011 in the Orange Park Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL after a brief illness.

His wife of 31 years, Delories A. (Paradise) Arsenault died in 2003. Mr. Arsenault is survived by a son, David Arsenault of Jacksonville, FL; two daughters, Theresa Coffey and her husband John, and Rita Arsenault all of Worcester; two step daughters, Lorraine Lewandowski of Wales, MA and Sherry Hubert of Dudley, MA; 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and 2 nephews. Armand was born in Worcester, MA son of the late Louis “Al” Arsenault and Bertha M. (Blais) Arsenault and is predeceased by a brother and a sister.

Mr. Arsenault is a veteran of the United States Army and served during the Korean War. He worked as a forklift operator for many years at the former Rexnord Chain Company in Worcester. Armand enjoyed bowling, going to the beach and spending time with his family and friends.

The funeral will be held on Wednesday, July 27th at 11 AM in the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home, 12 Hammond St., Worcester, MA. Burial with military honors will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton, MA. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, July 26th from 6 to 8 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
