Anna (Senay) Newcomb, 85, of 10 Ada St., died Sunday, October 1, 2006 in St. Vincent Hospital. Her husband of 58 years, Charles Kermit "Ken" Newcomb, died April 8, 2004. She leaves two daughters: Carol Ann Newcomb of Plattsburgh, NY, Joanne Newcomb-Kinsman and her husband, Joel of Worcester; her sister, Mary Wilson and her husband, Jim of Sharon, PA; two nieces: Deborah Wise of Louisiana, Donna Plater of Maryland; and two nephews: Michael Senay of Ohio and Ronald Senay of Sharon. A brother, Michael Senay of Sharon, died in 2001. She was born and raised in Sharon, PA, daughter of the late John and Mary (Pavelchak) Senay. She lived in Worcester since 1946.

Anna worked as a checker at Iandoli's Supermarkets for many years, until retiring in 1983. She was a longtime member of the Nereid Swimming Club at the Worcester YWCA.

CALLING HOURS will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 5, in KELLY FUNERAL HOME, 154 Lincoln St. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 6, in the funeral home, followed by burial in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton, MA.
