Subscription Update Obituary

     Ann M. (Markley) SantaMaria, 60, of Worcester, co-owner, operator with her husband and sons of Pat's Service Center, passed away Sunday, June 17th in the University of Massachusetts Hospital after being stricken ill at home.
    
Ann is survived by her beloved husband of 43 years, Pat SantaMaria; four devoted sons, Frank, Michael J., David A. and Patsy SantaMaria, Jr. all of Worcester; a brother, Thomas J. Markley of Worcester; two sisters, Mary K. Markley of Worcester and Kathleen E. MacIntosh of Millbury; two cherished twin grandsons, Frank and Matthew; many nieces and nephews. Ann was born in Worcester, her parents were the late Thomas and Alice (Fogarty) Markley. She has lived here all her life.
    
Ann was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Her greatest joys in life, were the times she spent with friends and family, their activities, interests and company. Her special times were always devoted to her beloved grandsons, Frank and Matthew. She will be deeply missed by those, whose lives she touched. Her memory will always be in our hearts forever.
    
The funeral will be held Thursday, June 21st from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., with a Mass at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 35 Fales St. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. Friends and relatives are invited to visit with the family, Wednesday, June 20th from 4:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Massachusetts, One Bulfinch Place, 2nd Floor, Boston, MA 02114.
