Subscription Update Obituary

   Aileen M. (Koski) Edman, 101, died Friday, November 7, 2008 at Holy Trinity Nursing Home in Worcester. Her first husband, John E. Ingerson, died in 1950. Her second husband, Conrad F. Edman died in 1990. She leaves a sister, Agnes Starzynski of Gardner, several nephews and nieces, and her special friends the Sanford family. A brother, Arthur H. Koski and a sister, Sylvia Fielding predeceased her.

   She was born in Gardner, daughter of Matti and Carolina (Hautala) Koski. She graduated from Gardner High School in 1925. Aileen was a bookkeeper at the New England Knife Co. for 23 years, retiring in 1975.

   A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 10, 2008 at 12:00 noon at the Worcester County Memorial Park Cemetery in Paxton. Please omit flowers. Donations can be made to The American Red Cross of Central MA, 2000 Century Dr., Worcester, MA 01606. The family has selected Nordgren Memorial Chapel, Worcester to direct arrangements.
