Jeanne M. Gagne, 78, of Clarendon St., Worcester, died Sept. 30, 1999 in the Hospice Residence after an illness. Her husband of 57 years, Gerard G. Gagne died on Jan. 12, 2004.. She leaves three sons, Donald G. Gagne of North Grafton; Paul M. Gagne of Millbury and Raymond J. Gagne of Worcester; two daughters, Jacqueline M. Breault of Sutton and Celeste E. Gagne of Ormond Beach, Fl. nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by two brothers, Joseph and Albert, and three sisters, Blanche Lallumiere, Beatrice Murphy and Irene Richer.
Born in Worcester, daughter of Joseph Latour and Malvina (Nault) Latour and lived here all her life. Mrs. Gagne was a member of St. Joseph's Church and its Women's Club. She was once an assistant leader of the Brownie troop.
The funeral will be held tomorrow from MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., Worcester, (Rte. 122) with a Mass at 8:30 a.m. in St. Joseph's Church, 35 Hamilton St. Worcester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours in the funeral home are 5 to 8 tonight.
