Subscription Update Obituary

     Brian P. Russell, 48, of Worcester, died on Wednesday, October 16th in UMass Memorial Medical Center – University Campus after a long illness.

     Mr. Russell is survived by his two daughters, Catherine and Ellen Joyce Russell; his parents, John and Joyce (Noel) Russell all of Worcester; 5 brothers, John and William of Worcester, Andrew of Atkinson, NH, Stephen of Worcester and Christopher of Grafton; a sister, Lynn Zukowsky of Grafton; 2 grandsons and many nephews and nieces.

     Brian was born in Worcester and is a graduate of Worcester Boys Trade High School and served in the Army National Guard. He worked as a painter and interior decorator.

     The funeral will be held on Monday, October 21st from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. with a Mass at 11 AM in Our Lady of the Angels Church 1222 Main Street. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are in the funeral home from 9 to 10:30 before the funeral. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association 20 Speen Street Framingham, MA 01701.
