Subscription Update Obituary

     A beautiful soul has gone home to Glory! Larry Hughes born Feb 27th in Tuscaloosa AL.

     Oct 29th 2013 he has peacefully gone home to be with the Lord! He is the son of Louis Hughes of Northport, AL & the late Vida M. Hughes-Haynes. He leaves behind his loving daughter Monique K. Hughes, his sisters Wylean Jackson, Brenda Hughes-Jefferson, Patricia Wells and Lois Hughes, and his brothers Tommy Hughes, Jerry Hughes, Don Hughes and Roger Hughes whom preceeded him in death. Along with the love & support of his loving niece Christean Hughes and many other nieces, nephews’ family & friends.

     Larry grew up in Worc MA, he attended North High School where he excelled as an outstanding basketball player, he continued his basketball endeavors at Virginia Union University. The essence of his soul was so beautiful, & we thank GOD for blessing us to have Larry in our lives. Go on now Larry rest, for you are now with your mother and in the hands of GOD!! Psalm 31:1-5.
  
     Funeral services will be held on Sat, Nov 2nd at Christ Tabernacle Apostolic Church, 1189 Main Street Worc. Calling hours are from 9am-10am & Funeral service will start at 10am. Burial will be at Worcester Memorial Park in Paxton, MA.
