Subscription Update Obituary

Dale F. Poole, 72, of Templeton, died Saturday, December 3, 2011 in Heywood Hospital, 242 Green St., Gardner, MA., surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife of thirty-eight years, Jean A. (Hebert) Poole of Templeton. He also leaves five sons: Dean Warren, Lee Warren, William Poole, Joseph Poole and Scott Warren; seven daughters: Bonnie Legros, Crystal O’Grady, Christine Sargent, Wanda Warren, Dawn Johnson, Robin Poole and Heidi Warren; a sister, Elizabeth Lafoe of Greenfield, MA; two half sisters: Rebecca Sheraton of Iowa and Beverly Grenier of Florida; and a half brother, Gary Newton, (pre-deceased); eighteen grandchildren; with his oldest granddaughter, Nicole Febo who served as his home PCA, seventeen great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was born in Burlington, VT, a son of George and Mildred (Allen) Poole.

Dale was a former member of Greendale’s People Church, Worcester and its choir. He was a bus driver for McCarthy Bus Company of Brookfield, MA for many years before retiring.

The graveside funeral service will be held Saturday, December 10, 2011 at 10:30 AM in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton, MA. DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., Worcester, MA is assisting the family with arrangements.
